Description: The Harrison County Development Corporation (HCDC) is the oldest county-wide economic development organization in Iowa. HCDC helps improve the economic well-being of communities and businesses in their county by promoting, improving, and aiding economic, industrial, recreational, and tourism opportunities. They accomplish this by working with the County and ten communities in Harrison County, along with local and regional organizations.
