Description: Region XII Development Corporation (RDC) revolving loan fund provides loans to businesses throughout the six counties Region XII serves, including Audubon, Carroll, Crawford, Greene, Guthrie and Sac. The revolving loan fund program is designed to help stimulate the local economy by supporting job creation or retention through business expansions or start-ups. RDC was awarded funds through the Cares Act to assist businesses as they prepare for and respond to the Coronavirus pandemic. RDC staff is available to provide assistance and guide businesses through the loan application process. A committee of local economic developers and private lenders from each county review loan applications monthly.
